The WALTERSCHEID lower link catch hook Cat 3L is a high-quality product that convinces with its easy handling and its compact modern design. Due to the dirt exit opening, the catch hook is insensitive to dirt and can be easily cleaned. The safety lock prevents accidental opening of the catch hook and the locking pawl can be completely secured with the help of a screw. Due to the special design, the catch hook is shock and dirt-protected and offers a long service life.

WALTERSCHEID catch hooks are fitted as original equipment on many tractor brands.

To fit the new catch hooks, the old mounts (hooks or ball eyes) must first be cut off the lower link. The new hooks are then welded back onto the lower links, observing the correct mounting angle previously used.

If possible, the length of the entire lower link (ball mount from tractor to ball mount of the hook) should not change, as otherwise the lifting capacity and mounting angle of the respective machines may be affected. Welding the catch hooks must only be done with competence and expertise to avoid possible later damage.
